Absolutely disgusting. The smell of sewerage that reeked through reception should've been an indication of what was to come. The rooms were very very basic, i doubt the linen had been washed, no power sockets...and the hostel was probably not the safest place to charge your phone in the hallway. The bathroom was revolting, dirty, stained, leaking roof, unhygienic....I was seriously considering just leaving the place and wandering the streets that night. I for sure will never return and would not recommend it to anyone. TAKE MY ADVICE. Cheers .

My 8th time to Sydney and for an inner city backpackers in the most expensive city in Australia, I was quite impressed. Ask for a quiet room when booking in and they will keep you away from the noise of the common rooms.
