Room service disappointing with phone order deliveries from 2 local takeaways (dinner) and Aromas (b'fast) only available. No shower caps available. Found difficult as a business traveller. Unit clean, roomy, and handy for leisure clientelle.

Excellent apartment accommodation - second to none. Needs a dining room so guests do not have to roam the streets for a nice restaurant. The cafe next door closes at 5.30pm.

It was unfortunate that during my stay, there were rooadworks ongoing on North Terrace, such that my river view apartment was somewhat noisy. Overall, great facilities and wonderful to have the additional space for a longer stay. Staff were all very friendly!
